 Last month, we looked at how one of our customers involved in the manufacture of of electrical components and accessories used Kavach solutions and gained immensely from it. Today, we share with you a similar experience with another Kavach client.

 This client’s is a big multi-national company into marketing of Computer peripherals and   accessories; they were the leaders in IT industry. They faced problems in warranty claims, the company offered free services for repairing the products under warranty of one year. If the same parts or products come for repair for more than two occasions in warranty period, then they replace it with the new one. This was a marketing strategy, which worked well for the sales, as it indicated reliability of the product and the assurance from the company about the quality of their products. But they faced major problems of false warranty claims and servicing issue.
